About Me

I am a second-year graduate student at the University of California, Irvine Department of Informatics and a member of the Institute for Software Research. My advisor is Dr. Richard Taylor. I'm interested in software design and architecture, especially software architectural styles for distributed systems (like the current Web) and decentralized, highly dynamic applications (like the future one).

Research

Applying Computational REST

• What?: We're developing Web applications in the Computational REST architectural style, sequels of sorts to last summer's feed reader demo that demonstrate the power of CREST, push us to generate novel ideas for using the style, and flesh out design and progammatic practices for later, larger-scale evaluation and demonstration.
